Bon Jovi’s guitarist, Richie Sambora, returned to rehab on Monday. He went to the Cirque Lodge in Utah, the same rehab facility where Lindsay Lohan is currently staying.
This is the second time this year Sambora’s been to rehab. This past June, after the traumatic break-up of his marriage to Heather Locklear and his split from girlfriend Denise Richards, Sambora spent a week at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.
At the time, he told NBC’s Matt Lauer that he decided to go the rehab route because, “I was just drinking too much, and I needed to get my life together.”
The 48-year-old Bon Jovi guitarist has a private room at Cirque, reports Star.

According to a press release of 20 september, which I can’t seem to find on the site of VH1 itself, the VH1 Celebrity Rehab show will be having it’s premiere on January 10, 2008 at 10pm. For this show VH1 is partnering with Dr. Drew and the series is going to be named: “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew“.
“This series will follow the real-life experiences of nine celebrity patients undergoing detoxification and treatment at a center in the Los Angeles area. While these patients may be accustomed to receiving special treatment in their everyday lives, they came in for a major surprise when they entered this no-frills treatment facility. All but one of the patients completed an intensive 21-day round-the-clock program with both group and one- on-one therapies. Dr. Drew was aided in the process by his experienced and trusted staff of counselors, including registered nurses and other addiction experts. After they completed the program, the patients were given the opportunity to continue their treatment in a sober living facility or treatment center for at least three months at VH1’s expense.”

Tampa resident and former ‘American Idol’ top-10 finalist Jessica Sierra is in rehab - and doing it California-style.
At a court hearing Wednesday morning, Sierra’s attorney said she was seeking help at a California establishment but declined to say where. About 5 p.m., VH-1 spokesman Scott Acord said the singer will be one of the stars of a new reality TV show called ‘Celebrity Rehab.’
Although VH-1 has not disclosed all of the stars, Internet bloggers have mentioned names such as former female pro-wrestler Chyna, embattled movie star Tom Sizemore and TV nerd Andy Dick.

Habitual rehabber Lindsay Lohan has been accused of wrecking the marriage of rocker Tony Allen by dallying with him at the Cirque Lodge Clinic in Utah.
Allen’s wife, Stephanie, has filed divorce papers against the Dead Stays Alive front man, citing reports of his infidelity with Lohan.
Court documents, excerpted in the British newspaper News of the World, blame the split on Allen’s drug use and “conduct and relationship with another woman.”
